Sometimes one diagnosis explains part of your experience.
A role explains another.
A life event explains something else.
But none of those things explain all of you.
Five short reflections to help you notice the different layers of your life, understand how they connect, and recognise your existing strengths, with more clarity and compassion. You don't need hours or the perfect answers, just a few honest words are enough. Enter your name and email below and we'll send it straight to you.

See yourself as a whole person, not a diagnosis, role or job title, so you stop feeling reduced to just one part of your story.
Understand how the different parts of your life affect each other, so overwhelming days finally start to make sense instead of feeling like a personal failing.
Recognise the adaptations and strengths you already have, so you can feel more confident instead of like you're constantly falling short.
Walk away with your own Layered Life Snapshot, a clear, honest starting point you can return to whenever life feels like too much to hold at once.
Layered Lives didn't begin as a business idea. It grew out of a lifetime of seeing what happens when a whole person is reduced to one part of their story.
In my own family, I grew up alongside mental health challenges, addiction, trauma, grief, disability and caring responsibilities. Later, through more than twenty years working in disability, education and wellbeing, I kept seeing the same thing from the professional side: people living complex, interconnected lives were often being asked to explain themselves one diagnosis, one difficulty or one system at a time.
Over time, I realised that the missing piece wasn't another label. It was a way of seeing the whole picture, the person at the centre, the different layers shaping their life, and the ways those layers affect one another.
That understanding became Layered Lives.
